With moves created on the spot, this class will inspire, joy, resilience, and the power of music moving through your body. Drop-in OR sign-up in advance and send in your favorite uplifting (and danceable) songs. A led warm-up and cool down will be offered.

Dance Wear Swap
Bring your gently used dance wear: ballet shoes, tap shoes, jazz shoes, leotards, dance pants, tights, warm-ups, and more! Come hang out, peruse the items, buy a goodie at our bake sale, hang out, dance to some music, and leave with some new-to-you items! All sizes, all genders, all ages!
I Love What You're Doing
In-studio showing of all the creative projects YOU are working on! Come see dance, movement, performance art - some pieces are finished, some pieces have just been started! Get excited about all the amazing things happening right here in Central Vermont!
Kids Night Out
Open to DANCE AND Families - must pre-register! Sign-up and pay here.
Bring your kids ages 3-12 for a night out at the studio while you go on a date!

Dance Party (adult only)
Inspired by ecstatic dance, come move and groove - an adult free dance of sorts. Hosted by Martina, reserve your spot today! This dance party is substance free, loud, dark, and open to all.
