Join Willow to stretch and strengthen your body. Combining ashtanga yoga inspired movement and her certified pilates training, your body will be heated up from the inside out.

Movement for Parkinson's is about more than moving and dancing, it's about gathering together and creating joy. In this class, building a strong community is just as paramount as building a strong body. There is no one way to dance!
Each dancer is encouraged to modify movements to meet their own comfort level. This class provides a fun, welcoming, and creative environment where people can explore the potential of their own movement at any age or stage of Parkinson's.
MOVE FOR PARKINSON’S

A class that fuses hip-hop, jazz, modern and a bit of ballet. Come find the connections between and among these dance forms in a welcoming, fun, inclusive atmosphere.
BEGINNING FUSION

Jazz Dance Class! This class starts with a classic studio jazz dance warm-up, including isolations, cardio, and good old fashion stretching. We'll move into basic jazz steps and across the floor moves, explore theater jazz styles, and learn phrases that can be modified to all levels.
BEG/INT JAZZ

Meditation, breathwork, Bartieff Fundamentals, and choreography that is all about balance. Come release the tension of the day and re-connect to yourself.
BREATH AND BALANCE

Perfect class for the beginner adult or former dancer looking to get back into the studio. This class will cover basic dance terminology, structure, and technique that can be applied to most classic and modern dance forms. Feel the results of this class in your posture, core strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class has elements of ballet, modern, jazz, and hip hop woven together for a fun, judgement free, introduction or re-introduction into the joy of dance.

RHYTHYM & MOTION

This class aims to allow dancers the space to work on their strength, flexibility, artistry, and technique through exploring movement phrases designed to challenge the mind and body. Ann brings her diverse training in modern dance styles ranging from classical to post modern to this class.
INT/ADV MODERN

Join us for a dance workout that incorporates belly dance technique and deep muscle stretches. Work your hips, abs, back and arms in all sorts of new ways, while also challenging your mind, muscle control, balance and flexibility. While you’ll practice authentic moves, the main focus is staying in motion rather than perfecting technique.

IMPROV EXPLORATION

In this class, we will learn the basic foundation of Brazilian Samba. We will focus on musicality, body movements, technique and expression. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Samba and get comfortable with the rhythm and basic steps. We will play with expression and joy in this class and feel the powerful energy that is Samba!

Dance is medicine. Also excellent cardiovascular exercise. Delight in the playfulness, connection to great music, mind-body connection, and endless additional benefits of tapping into the wildly capable body. Emma brings original choreographed 'routines' which explore a range of dance styles including jazz, hip hop, latin, African and ballet. It’s absolutely a workout. It’s also a technique class. Most of all the focus is on having FUN. Modifications & lots of breakdowns provided as needed, welcoming dancers with any level of experience.

While we get our new home up and running we encourage you sign-up for the full 6-week series! We will only run classes if we get enough pre-registration to ensure our teachers can be paid for their time talent and energy. This also ensures YOU have a lively class! Once a class is up and running, we will open up the classes to drop-ins as well.
